● How long is processing, shipping, and handling?
- Processing takes up to 7-14 business days not including the day you ordered
sometimes sooner. This process can take up to about 2 weeks.
- All hair is pre ordered! Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking email.
After receiving the tracking email, tracking activity will become available after 24 hours
● Can I make changes to my order?
- Because we strive on processing and shipping items out as soon as possible, orders
cannot be altered once payment is complete.
● Are samples of the hair available?
- No, we don't offer hair samples.
● Do you offer refunds on this hair?
- All sales are FINAL and there are no refunds or exchanges.
- Once packages are dropped off at the post office, we no longer have control, please
contact USPS for further details once you receive a tracking number.
● How Much hair do I need?
- We suggest length 14-16” inches - You Need 2 Bundles Or More, Lengths 18”-24”
Lengths - You Need 3 Bundles or More, Lengths 26’’-30”- You Need 3 Bundles or more.
Lengths 26”-30”- You Need 4 Bundles or More and 30” - Up - 5 Bundles or more.
● Can I color this hair?
- Yes, this is 100% Virgin Human Hair that is not processed in any way. So you can color
the hair up to 10 levels.
● Does this hair shed?
- Any hair has been manufacture to be snitched on a weft is entitled to experience
minimum shedding which is absolutely normal.
● Can a “weft” be cut ?
- Yes. Our wefts are reinforced and made by machine. They can be cut without unraveling.
We do not suggest cutting our weft.
● How long does the hair last?
- With proper care, our hair can last 6 months up to 1+years.. Proper care entails minimum
heat use, regular wash/conditioning, no rough handling, and minimum sleeping with out
hair tied up.
● What products do you recommend to wash the units?
- We recommend Suave Professionals Moroccan Infusion Shine Shampoo & Conditioner.
● Do I have to do anything special in the morning?
- We advise that you comb your hair every morning. Gently brush your hair from ends
towards your scalp. Starting from the ends keeps pressure off the weft area and is a good
way to maintain the longevity of the hair.
● What styling tool would you suggest?
- It's important to use a wide tooth or paddle back brush using gentle strokes, when
washing and or styling the hair. Small tooth and rat tail combs can snag the hair which
can cause unwanted shedding.
